Our client is seeking a highly organized professional who is eager to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant to Senior Executives, you will exercise your keen judgment, independence and initiative to determine needs pre-emptively and respond to office requests appropriately.
Schedules and coordinates business and executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments and briefing on pertinent information prior to meetings and events.
Maintain office budgets, prepare travel and accommodation arrangements.
Answer phone calls and emails with appropriate information, direction to required resources, or information necessary from senior management.
Organizes meetings and/or special events, including, negotiating, arranging for catering, locations, and distribution of information.
Demonstrates ability to work autonomously with confidence. Works effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance.
Mentor and coach other, more junior, support staff.
Ensures departmental compliance with timelines and reporting.
Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Minimum of 3 years supporting senior managers and district executives.
Diploma or Degree in Business, or related discipline preferred.
Advanced skills in word processing including Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to summarize reports, research and analyze information, compose correspondence, manage multiple tasks.
