Corporate Sales Leader

Our client, a leader in residential construction, is looking for a highly experienced Corporate Sales Leader. The successful candidate will be a results-driven sales leader, highly able to develop sales strategies, lead their team effectively, and establish and implement sales procedures and guidelines for their team. If you are a confident leader, demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, and have experience leading residential construction sales teams, this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales goals and sales training programs.

  • Coach sales team with sales techniques to achieve maximum sales and satisfied homeowners.

  • Ensure administrative compliance with company and legislative requirements.

  • Coordinate with other departments for updated construction schedules, show home maintenance, customer care and homeowner scheduling of events.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional and advertising materials, events and campaigns.

  • Monitor and strategize for constant changing market trends to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of sales team to meet divisional goals.

  • Assists in preparation of show home budgets and coordinates timely opening of show suites.

  • Collaborate on new product development including home plans, features and amenities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Management / Leadership

  • Residential sales experience, sales management and/or real estate or management related industries.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Valid Driver’s License (non GDL) and clean drivers abstract.
