The successful candidate will be experienced in environmental management with a demonstrated knowledge and experience with working on assessment, remediation and reclamation projects. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience providing leadership to a team and is customer service and safety focused.

Provide leadership to junior project managers and technical staff, providing mentorship and coaching, training, and demonstrate work ethic and customer service.
Promote a respectful, collaborative environment with a focus on team-work.
Develop project plans, timelines, and work within budget.
Delegate responsibilities between Junior Project Managers and provide supervision, coaching, and support as they complete their respective assignments.
Manage the completion of assigned assessment, remediation and reclamation projects within time and budget constraints.
Complete Phase 1, 2 and 3 of environmental site assessments, and reclamation activities.
Complete sample collections and classifications with an understanding of the criteria for contamination sampling and removal of containments.
Complete timely field and office reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying and resolving any concerns.
Maintain safety standards and adherence to guidelines with teams, with the objective of working with Zero Accidents and Injuries.
Degree or Diploma in Soil Science, Environmental studies, Environmental Technology, or related study.
Related Professional Accreditation which may include: Professional Agrologist, Professional Engineer, Registered Professional Forester, Professional Biologist.
3+ Years of experience in environmental services or related field.
Demonstrated experience with project management.
Demonstrated experience leading teams.
Knowledge of programs related to AER/AEP and understanding of AER/AEP guidelines.
Experience in soil consulting assessments and audits.
