Office Manager - Leduc

Our client is seeking a highly organized, customer focused professional who is eager to learn and grow in an administrative role. As an Office Manager, you will exercise your keen attention to detail to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the office is always in smooth operating order.

*This position is located in Leduc


  • Provide exemplary customer service to clients both over the phone and in person.

  • Welcome clients and guests to the office and ensure they have a pleasant first impression.

  • Create processes and workflow for office tasks to ensure consistency.

  • File, documentation management and other office duties.

  • Coordinates schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments and briefing on pertinent information prior to meetings and events.

  • Maintain office budgets, prepare travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Answer phone calls and emails with appropriate information, direction to required resources, or information necessary from senior management.

  • Demonstrates ability to work autonomously with confidence. Works effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance.


  • Post-secondary training in office administration or equivalent.

  • Past experience developing processes and procedures, or office checklist is an asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate skills in Word, Excel (must know formulas and how to format), and PowerPoint.

  • Proficient with grammar and have strong written communication skills. 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy especially with typing and data input.

  • $40,000 - $60,000 – Compensation based on experience.
