We provide customized workshops for employees effected by a transition. Employees learn how to job search effectively, prepare resumes, and explore resources for retraining.
Svensen Neighbour Recruiting provides services following the transition meeting between the employee and employer. During the initial meeting, our consultants provide the individual with an overview of the resources and coaching accessible to the team. Our consultants meet with the individual four times over a period of a month. Individuals will also be given access to resources thy can use to help with their job search process for a predetermined amount of time.
